Q: What is Outsourcing?

Q: What do I need to do to get started?

Q: What is an Information-Gathering Form?
A: At the end of your purchasing process, we will include a very brief questionnaire that will gather the specific information we need in regard to your projects so that we can get started working for you right away.
Q: What information will I need to provide RWB for my outsourcing?
A: The information needed depends, of course, on the services that you have requested. However, the most common pieces of information will be: your business URL if you already have one, your personal photo, photos for your gallery, keywords and key phrases for content, your topic and event to be reported in your press release, color choices for your graphics, as well as other pertinent information. Q: Once I place my order, what happens next?
A: You will receive a Welcome email from us within 24 hours of your purchase. This email will include the name of the Visibility Resource Specialist who has been assigned to your projects, his or her contact information, as well as information about the expected turnaround times for the services that you ordered. A: Yes! The creative experts at Real World Business can improve the visual aspects of your website as well as update, edit, or create optimized copy for the site.
Q: Can Real World Business create the wording for my website?
